The company recently launched a new generation of open mill products, which have the advantages of small floor space, high transmission efficiency, high degree of automation and low energy consumption compared with traditional models. Taking 26 "X84" as an example, the overall dimension is 4750x2650x1540, the floor space is saved by 30%, and the transmission efficiency is improved by 20% with new transmission technology. The new model can fully realize automatic rubber mixing. The upper part of the machine body can be equipped with rubber turnover device and automatic conveying device, which is convenient for roll replacement. The new model can realize roll replacement and bearing maintenance without disassembling the upper structure of the machine body, so as to achieve the purpose of convenient disassembly and maintenance. In terms of safety, the product is designed in strict accordance with CE standards, and the safety of the equipment is fully considered. The new mill adopts building block assembly structure, which makes the appearance more beautiful and generous.

Dalian Baofeng has the core casting and processing capacity of the roller. By analyzing the working environment and stress and wear-resistant requirements of the roller, the casting process adopts layered formula centrifugal casting, and the special layered formula centrifugal casting process ensures the high quality of the roller. Its roller products have a market share of 70% in China's open mill industry.

With the improvement and progress of tire manufacturing technology, the open mill will be applied to more automatic production processes. Soft control has been committed to the research of energy-saving and environmental protection products. At present, the open mill under research and development will use new driving mode, saving about 30% ~ 50% energy, which will greatly save the energy consumption of tire factories.
